Trilogy AC cooling and heating did a wonderful job at my residence replacing the condensing unit and the a coil drainage tray and building all the duct work I would highly recommend them for your AC and heating needs for your home they arrived a little later than scheduled but stays late to finish the job took them 8 hours and five of those hours were in an attic that was 120°

We are very pleased with our new a/c system. We were able to get our new system the same day and the installers were very professional. I would highly recommend them.

System installed next day…but…installation crew tried to keep the UV lights until I went in the attic after they said they were finished and told them the UV lights are not installed. They went and got them from their truck like they forgot once I told them. Secondly the salesman said my system was going to be replaced including the lines from the compressor which did not happen. I got a bunch of different excuses on the reasoning behind that. The quality follow-up the next day discovered the drain line on the new install was clogged which he unclogged with compressed air and amazingly the system started cooling better. The only reason I chose this company was the warranty offered.

100% recommended! Glad I got to contact the right team for our AC. Thanks for taking really good care of us!

In no time, Trilogy had a technician out to help me and had the situation fixed in no time. Juan was a great help with explaining the issue and making sure I was up to date on what was happening. They installed the unit 2 years ago. We had to replace the entire outside condenser. $2000 to replace the new unit. This time we got a power surge. Efrain did a good job replacing the 2nd compressor.

Getting the Ac installed, fast, easy, no prob. Unfortunately started having issues 2 months into installation! Ac stopped working and getting someone out here to get it fixed was a HASSLE! A week and a half with NO AC mid Summer! And young children was no fun! Couldn’t get a reply from anyone after many calls and texts. Customer service could def be better

I had a representative come in the morning to give me a quote and discuss our options. I was so incredible shocked when he informed me they can have a crew come later that afternoon to install the new unit. He was very attentive and answered all my questions, and same day service is amazing especially with this Texas heat!

2015 Build, 2500 sq ft home. The builder installed a 13 seer 3.5 Ton Lenox HVAC system. The system worked but struggled for 9 years. Contacted a few AC people and Trilogy AC had a better price for a Carrier 16 seer 5 ton system. Install took 7 hours. They were very professional, very careful of the yard and house. They cleaned everything up. New system was installed even better then the builder. Everything is perfectly leveled and secured properly. Sealing the areas around the furnace looked like art work. It was not slapped on and left. Very clean install! Definitely recommend Trilogy AC.

I was so thankful to Trilogy for coming so quickly to help with my grandma's A/C issues. They weren't pushy, and I could tell they had our best interests in mind when it turned out to be a small issue!

Technician did great on repair.Very timely experience on getting system fixed.My only issue is I pointed out what was more than likely wrong with system and to be charged amount I was with no itemized receipt.Seems like no transparency on parts and labor.I'm a Shop Foreman in the car business and our customers expect that kind of treatment !

Ricardo Lozano sold it very professional. And he already checked up on us making sure everything was running good. Also the guys that installed everything very professional and made sure I was happy with everything. It was really hot that didn't stop them from getting it done.
